For 20+ years I've done one thing exceptionally well: taking fragile, business-critical systems and making them reliable, maintainable, and modern — without risky rewrites. I've led backend teams and architecture for enterprise products in finance, ERP, ecommerce, and TIC across the US, UK, Europe, the Gulf, and Asia-Pacific.
What sets my work apart today is leverage. I pair two decades of architecture and modernization experience with fluent, daily use of AI across the software delivery lifecycle — research, architecture and code decisions, development, DevOps, debugging, and documentation. I direct AI from a senior vantage point: I set the architecture, make the calls, and validate the output. It multiplies experience; it doesn't replace it.
My foundation is backend engineering and large-scale legacy transformation. My real strength is conceptual — I lead through fundamentals and sound decisions rather than chasing framework trends, which is exactly why I adopt new tools fast.
